Learning HTML 5 and CSS3

I've Been Learning HTML 5 & CSS3

Not long ago I decided to learn how to create responsive websites. I know the old HTML code so I didn't have far to go to learn HTML 5.

But I don't know CSS3 so that presents a challenge for me. I am learning CSS3 along with Bootstrap which is a website development framework created by a couple Twitter executives.
