My Right Leg is Infected so I’m going to the Hospital

I’ve known that my left wasn’t operating at full capacity for the past two days. Today it is swollen and it hurts really bad. It’s a good thing I have plenty of pain killers in the house so although the leg hurts a lot, it is tolerable because the meds take edge off the discomfort.

One of the reasons I decided to wait until tomorrow to go the doctor’s office is becausse I havce any appointment at 4 p.m. and I figured it’d be alright to take the risk. I made that decision earlier today, but know I am second guessing the choice to wait.

Still Learning Web Development and Getting Better

Google AMP Pages - Bootstrap - Various Frameworks

When I was in my mid-twenties, I remember reading something about a powerful affirmation which required the user to repeat the term, "Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better". It is indeed a powerful affirmation.

In fact, after more than two decades of experimenting with mind control, affirmations and prayer, I can say that all affirmations are very powerful if you use them the right way. I've used different time limits on reciting affirmations and the most effective is 10 minutes non-stop.

The picture below is of a website I created about a week ago. I am thinking of learning how to write AMP pages. It's a new publishing platform developed by Google. AMP Pages loads websites very fast on mobile phones and the sites don't have a lot of baggage.

If you say something over and over for 10 minutes every day, sooner, rather than later, it will manifest in your life. I've experienced it too many times not to know it is a universal fact. For example, ten years I suffered from bleeding gums. Every time I brushed my teeth, my gums bled so much, the water in the basin would turn pink. And it was running water!

My gums bled so much I had to continue to rinse my mouth for several minutes after I finished brushing my teeth just to get all the blood out of my mouth. After experiencing the bleeding gums for a few weeks, I decided to create and say an affirmation for ten minutes at a time. The affirmation I wrote was, "My teeth and gums are healthy."

I repeated the affirmation for 10 minutes non-stop every morning and sometimes at night. Guess what happened? After two weeks my gums stopped bleeding. Not only that, a couple years after that occurred, I was in a dentists office when he informed me that I had a very clean mouth. He said that I had some sort of strong thing in my mouth that killed the bacteria that should've been present, but wasn't. I just looked at the dentist and smiled because I knew what was going on.

Getting Better at Web Development

Although I am still fairly new to the web development profession, I already know CSS3 and HTML5. I can create professional looking websites on WordPress and Blogger and I can code a site from scratch (which is a lot of work!).

At Home on Sunday Night

f:id:ricoramirox:20161024064359j:plain It is Sunday night on October 23rd and I'm at home working on the computer. A friend asked me to meet outside but I politely declined because I want to relax tonight. About an hour ago I listened to music by J.Lo and Tupac Shakur.

Maybe later I'll listen to Spanish music. I also listen to Bollywood music! It sounds so good and the beat is nearly identical to the most popular music here in the states.

More Work Tonight

Before I can listen to music again, I have to do a little more work. There are a few things I've been wanting to accomplish and I'm going to begin on at least 1 or 2 tasks tonight.

I've already began working on the OPR blog and website which is where I want to sell my services. There's a lot of work to do on that site! I'm glad I already started because as soon as I finish here, I'm going over there.

Always Work to Do

There is always something to do. Whether you have to eat, cook, clean or get dressed, undressed there is always a chore that requires your attention.

The sooner we get it done the better. It's less stressful if we can focus on one thing at a time!

Video - the Many Faces of Ramiro Rodriguez aka RicoRamiro

I found the video on this post in my Facebook feed about a year ago. Apparently, staff at Facebook compiled all the pics I shared and a few of the discussions I had with friends the previous year to make this video for my birthday. That would've been awesome, but I didn't notice the content on my feed until a couple months later.

Now I know why Facebook is one of the biggest social media platforms in the industry. It's the little things that really brighten someone's day. A nice handwritten thank you note will put a smile on anyone's face and if you purchase a gift it'll mean even more to that person.
